OUR PARADES ANNUAL DISTRICT SERVICE - SUNDAY 10TH JULY No.4 District's annual Sunday Service will take place on Sunday 10th July in Greenwell Street Presbyterian Church. Brethren and sisters taking part should assemble in Mary Street at 2.45pm to start at 3pm. The service in Greenwell Street begins at 3.30pm. ROUTE Mary Street, Mark Street, North Street, Frances Street, Georges Street, Movilla Street, Greenwell Street RETURN ROUTE (4.30pm) Greenwell Street, Market Street, Castle Street, High Street, Mill Street, Gibson's Lane, Regent Street, Mary Street THE TWELFTH IN HOLYWOOD Assembly in Mary Street is 9.45am with the parade to move off at 10am. A short parade around the town will end with participants boarding their buses in Church Street at 10.30am. Visitors to the town should expect some disruption to traffic both in the morning and evening, when the parade returns home at 6.15pm. ROUTE Mary Street, Regent Street, Frances Street, Castle Place, High Street, Gibson's Lane, Regent Street, Church Street Brethren will board buses in Church Street at 10.30am for the journey to Holywood. Newtownards District will assemble in Downshire Road from 11.15am with the main parade starting at midday. ROUTE High Street, Belfast Road, Abbey Ring, Demense Road, Downshire Road, Church View, Church Road, Brook Street, Victoria Road, High Street, Sullivan Place to Spafield Playing fields The parade will leave the field at 4.30pm. ROUTE Sullivan Pace, High Street (where No.14 will open ranks at the Maypole and allow Districts 4, 18 and 11 to parade to buses and trains) No 14 will re-assemble and parade Church Road, Church View, Downshire Road, Sullivan Place and disperse at Redburn ROUTE Bangor Road, Zion Place, Upper Movilla Street, Queen Street, Upper Greenwell Street, New Road, Castle Street, High Street and into Conway Square Also |
